I just finished reading “The Lovely Bones” by Alice Sebold. It made me cry. It made me feel I’d shared in a life. It made me want to burn my own manuscripts. I’m ten years late in reading this masterpiece and I’m jealous. If I’d read it sooner maybe I could have done a better job in telling my own stories. Will A Trailer Help?

Over the last few days I've been looking into creating a book trailer in order to attract attention to my work. I've been working with Brad Torreana at Russell Video Services in Ann Arbor, MI and I have to tell you he makes it sound so easy. I have no idea if it's going to work or not, I don't even know if I can afford it yet but if it's at all feasable I'm going to give it a try. I'm not going to give up or leave one stone unturned. My Strategy for Publication

As a new author, I have found it very difficult to attract the attention of either an agent or a publisher. To date I have accumulated about 285 rejection letters. I'm not completely discouraged since Stephen King recieved over 300 before "Carrie" was accepted. After all, it only takes one. I even thought of self publishing.
